Pablo Buitrago is an entrepreneur and leader focused on helping organizations work smarter through automation and AI. As Founder and CEO of Proveo Automation, he leads a team dedicated to modernizing how technology supports mission success across both government and commercial sectors.

With over 30 years of experience in IT, Pablo has guided more than 100 successful projects and supported agencies such as DHS, USPTO, and HHS. He’s recognized for turning complex challenges into practical, results-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Pablo believes leadership is about growth, staying curious, adapting fast, and always pushing forward. His focus on people, innovation, and execution has made Proveo a trusted partner in advancing automation and AI responsibly. Beyond Proveo, Pablo continues to mentor entrepreneurs, invest in new ideas, and explore how technology can make a lasting impact.

Ariana Amparan is the Chief Operations Officer at Proveo Automation, where she leverages over 20 years of experience in both private and public sectors to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

She previously held leadership roles at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), leading projects that modernized technology, increased revenue, and improved customer satisfaction.

Ariana is passionate about giving back to her community by empowering and educating Latinas about the wealth of opportunities available to them in the field of Government Technology. She currently serves as the President of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of Latinas in Tech which serves the DMV area.

Veronica Gardner is the Finance Director at Proveo, where she leads the company’s finance, human resources, and operations functions. Her multi-faceted role spans accounting, payroll, taxes, and contract administration, as well as oversight of insurance, benefits, policies, and compliance.

Veronica’s career has centered on data-driven, quantitative roles. Before joining Proveo, she spent 17 years as a Research Manager at a survey research firm, bringing deep expertise in statistical analysis and project management to her current role.

She is passionate about leveraging technology and modern processes to drive efficiency and value, and is excited to help lead Proveo through its next stages of growth and maturity.

Veronica holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Research Methods from the University of Denver.

Logan Hart is the Chief Technology Officer at Proveo Automation, where he leads AI-driven digital transformation and enterprise architecture initiatives across government and commercial sectors. With over 20 years of experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and machine learning, Logan specializes in building secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that align technology with strategic business goals.

A visionary technology leader, Logan has guided organizations through complex modernization efforts, integrating data fabric architectures, autonomous AI agents, and zero-trust security. He is passionate about advancing innovation, mentoring high-performing teams, and creating future-ready platforms that drive meaningful impact.
